Is there a expanded soundtrack coming soon?. If so, what date this year.
It's already out. I bought it, along with the expanded, remastered release of THE BLACK CAULDRON, from the same website. It's a nice release, with a neat little booklet about how the film came to be, and how Bruce Broughton got the job and his approach to writing the music. I can't comment on how it sounds compared to the previous release, as I haven't listened to it in a while (the one I have is the one from a few years back with the 3 tracks from the first film), but it sounds nice so far (I haven't listened to all of it yet).
However, it is a limited release (2000 copies), so if you're thinking about ordering a copy, you should do so when you have the chance. share
