I saw this for the first time thru Netflix last night for the first time since I was a little kid when it first came out on video in 91. Damn, if you weren't old enough to remember all those 1990 references you'll be lost of like half the jokes in this movie. Then again, if you weren't around when this came out you probably never heard of this movie anyway LOL

I'd say the shelf life for topical humor is even shorter these days. I liked the jokes, dated though they may be.

I actually think the movie is at its best when it's taking jabs at the pop culture of the time.
