The Drug Lord's House

This was such a weird movie. I don't even remember hearing about it when it first came out.

Anyway, what's with the super rich drug lord guy living in such a run down, abandoned looking, falling apart place that looks like it could be used as a haunted house attraction?

I mean, there's not even drywall on half the walls in the house. Doors are missing, ceiling's missing, paint's a mess, but dadgumit, he's got him a heck of shrine to Mary, and what a first rate wolf pit for disposing of the victims!

The house thing was really unbelievable. Well, like the rest of the story was believable lol, but you know what I mean. A guy with a walk in safe full of drugs and money is gonna be living in a nice looking compound. Not some condemned 100 year old building.
