I like the puppetmaster movies and all but this one doesnot fit.

in the first you find the puppets are not evil, but their master is.
You know nothing of toulan save he commited suicide to avoid the Gesstapo(SP) or nazi's, but do not know why.
The second makes toulon to be evil and some sort of monster.
Then the third retraces toulons past and explains how the dolls came to be and why Toulon hated the nazi/gesstapo(SP?) and the person he was.

I have not seen the rest of the puppetmaster saves puppetmaster vs demonic toys which is intresting as bgrade cheese goes.

My question is They trying to show being dead has corrupted toulon or just that a sequal made to capitolize on a movie just to make money. They made 3 to explain one is 2 explained in the stoyline or was it a mistake and three corrected it?

It's most likely because Toulon was dead that he went insane, and EVIL. In the eighth film Puppet Master: The Legacy however they claim this was the last film in the timeline, and that Andre Toulon was always evil. Most fans do not agree with this.
