More sad and disturbing than funny
Seriously. How can anyone find this funny.
shareIt is sad how so many people are cruel to Junior in the first place. Big Ben is a selfish, right-wing Republican who hates Junior from the start just because he's adopted. And then there's the snob girl Lucy (I wonder if she's supposed to be a spoof of the Peanuts character Lucy?) who is also cruel and who rejects Junior (so do her friends) because he's adopted. I don't have anything better to say about Flo or Roy and his family.
shareI agree, that truly is the only sad thing about this movie was how people treated Junior, and the people at the orphanage were cruel as well like when the bitch nun rubs it in Junior's face about another boy getting adopted. Little Ben was truly the only one who cared for Junior and while he almost gave up on him as well, realized his mistake and was willing to take the imperfect Junior.
shareWouldn't it be great to scream the GD word into that nun's face?

It is so amazing how this film became a hit. And a funny thing: Siskel and Ebert never reviewed it that summer. I would've loved to have seen them trash it. Guess it wasn't screened for them.
shareI thought it was funny seeing John Ritter in this crappy movie. He must have really been hard up for acting roles if he did this.
shareBecause It's hilarious and you are just a butt hurt Liberal like Junior's real parents
sharebecause it is funny
shareYeah this movie came during a time where there were a bunch of "you know it's 3 or 4/10 movie's" but it's funny.
shareHa.
I love that you wrote that because it's so true.
The 1990's.
The whole damn decade was some odd years of mediocre but popular movies.
Don't judge me.
I love Demolition Man.
I agree this movie is hilarious.
OP needs to lighten up.
