Julia's face is as pale as can be. Reese Witherspoon's is this way in the movie "Fear" also.
Why not just use spray tanner on YOUR WHOLE BODY??

It's called MAKE UP. They use lighter powder for the face, sometimes it contrasts too strongly with the body.
