I am bored with this movie, and I do not intend on finishing it. Just curious though, who killed the slut? Was it Ford's boss?

She committed suicide because she was depressed, so she decided to frame Rusty in the process. Rusty's detective friend, Lipranzer (sp?)–with whom she was sleeping–helped switch some evidence around to point to Rusty as well.
