A Confronting Movie (Possible Spoilers)

I found this DVD in an old pile of forgotten books in one of my cupboards last week. It was diabolically scratched, and without a case, so I put it on, just to find out what it was all about.

A strange, and confronting movie.

I found the Tom Courtney role to be quite inspired, given the subject matter. Likewise, I was surprised that it was shot - not dubbed - in English.

I must admit though, I did not expect the Gestapo to effect his release, from the scene where they told him that he would be "Allowed to go free" after the stage play...
