Great film about the UK class system

Poor working class Matthew has to assume the identity of a privately-educated privileged jerk to fulfil his dream of becoming a doctor, which is a shame but also goes to the sad fact that the professions in the UK, particularly medicine, are almost exclusively reserved to the upper-middle classes.

Yes, I know Matthew was risking people's live but I was rooting for him. We reap what we so and in a society as class-bound as ours people from the lower-echelons have to cut corners to get anywhere. Perhaps it might take a few deaths for our society to wake up and do something about it. Shame Matthew wasn't unleashed on a private hospital. That might really shake up the system into giving the 'lower orders' a fair crack at decent careers.
