my whole life ive always enjoyed the story of the nutcracker but for some reason THIS was the movie that made me ultimately love nutcrackers themselves. started collecting them etc etc
shareYou know what? You're not alone. This was actually the first Nutcracker adaption I was exposed to as a child! I caught it once or twice on Disney Channel when I was 5 or 6 (maybe 7) years old, and I never forgot it.

This is the only version I have ever seen. I watched it a lot when I was a kid and basically refused to watch any other versions because I liked this one so much lol. I am in my 30's now and I watched it last night for the first time in probably 15 years. I had forgotten a lot since I last saw it but things came back as I watched it and I remembered why I liked it so much. I may try to show it to my 8-year-old. Maybe. This might lose to Roblox lol.
share~ I agree this version of the Nutcracker is the best and my favorite. I luv it a lot. Too bad that they don't give it on television anymore for children to enjoy it. I remember seeing it as a kid on HBO many times. Heck even my friends saw it back then too & loved it. Luckily anyone could watch it on Youtube. I just found out about it last year, or the year before.

I agree, this one always stuck in my head too, the rat king i remember being super creepy.
Just put it one for my little ones. Its great that these oldies have been preserved by people on the net
