Free DVD Tommorow

One of the newspapers is giving away the film free tommorow.

Can ask a question to all the Americans who read this. In America do they giveaway free films with newspapers?

They sure do give some great films free with newspapers in the UK.

What films do people have from newspapers here? I have Clockwise, How To Get Ahead In Advertising, The Last Empior.

I got a few British Sitcom Episodes from Newspapers some time ago including
Some Mothers Do ave em, Open All Hours and others.

They are giving away 'Privates on Parade' next Sunday which I intend to get.

Yes, although here in Malta where I live, the free DVD is rarely included with the British Newspapers, this one somehow managed to escape! I watched it today and although I'm not a big fan of comedies I was pleasantly surprised. Robbie Coltrane is really funny! Shame the DVD was in 4:3 and not in its original 1.85:1 screen ratio.

We get frre DVDs and CDs with newspapers here in Ireland too, though that's not surprising as we get the same newspapers as you do in the UK.

Beyond good. Beyond evil. Beyond your wildest imagination.

I'm here in Belgium and while they don't really give away free DVD's, those you metioned "Clockwise, How To Get Ahead In Advertising, The Last Emperor, etc..." can be had for 1 Euro in shops so instead of reading some lousy biased newspaper and save "a tree or two", just buy the DVD:)

Wow! I live in the U.S., and I've never even HEARD of free movies coming with the paper! Occasionally we'll get free samples of detergent, razors, whatnot, but that's about it : \ Sounds like such a cool concept, wow you guys are lucky!

In the U.S. you can get free DVDs for sending in the backs of cereal boxes. You have to collect five backs and send them in and you get to pick a movie.

I've seen promotions like that before but I'm pretty sure that its not standard practice.
