Copies?

How can I get a hold of a copy of Nouvelle Vague?
Why hasn't criterion stepped up to the plate and done their job properly?
I know some will see this as blasphemy, but I'd genuinely rather they released some later Godard instead of some of the flimsier 60's fare like Band of Outsiders (For me, personally, the weakest of his films that I've seen, and that includes a lot of the revolutionary period. Sure it's cute and pretty, but it's also intellectually empty compared to most everything else.)
