Barbara's Mother

It would have been really cool if Savini had used the sequence where Barbara had a hallucination of seeing her dead mother as a zombie and ask "Where's Johnny Barbara". I wonder why Savini didn't use this sequence for the motion picture. It would have been pretty effective.
