Homage to the original's trowel stabbing scene.

The zombie girl bites her mother instead of stabbing her with a trowel, however a trowel can be seen on the blood splattered wall as an obvious reference to the the original movie.
Anyone else notice this? The remake zombies don't use weapons as much, except the one at the beginning that used a brick or rock to break through the car window.
