this movie aged real well...

when watching it doesnt feel like this was made in 1990...the clothes,the hair styles, just the movie in general looks like it was made in the late 90's...like 98. Anyone else got that feeling?

yeah, i agree too. Aged much better than the original..And Dawn for that matter!

The music and acting made it feel like i was watching a movie from the 70-80's.

Yeah I got a real 70s or 80s vibe when I saw it. Especially the television and phone seemed quite old.

90s is more Scream.

And amazingly, it was on Aussie cable last night! Very watchable in HD. It really stands up pretty well, with occassional lapses of over acting.

BTW, the dead rise on August 23rd, 1989. Radio says so in the basement.

I was lucky. I dont have movies on Foxtel, but they offered a 2 week free view.
