Naked zombie in re-make: guy or girl?

The naked zombie in the original NOTLD was of course a woman. In this one we have a similar scene, so I had always just assumed it was a woman... but re-watching the 1990 film again, this time I thought I spotted a dong between the zombie's legs. Anybody?

It might have been a woman who died in childbirth and what you saw was the baby's arm.

What you saw was a piece of cloth, that was in front of her covering her most private area while she waddled around.
