why did she not answer door to cabin first then when she does she steps outside THEN asks to see id. good job they werent the hitmen or that stupid ##### would be toast. bad writing.
shareI don't think that the was bad writing, I think it was just showing how inexperienced and ill equipped she was for her situation, Hackman points out that if they were the hitmen, she'd be dead already and then she admits that she wouldn't even be able to tell a real badge from a fake.
Also, she told a friend the whole story when she shouldn't have told anybody anything (it's a very understandable mistake, but a mistake none the less) and then fled to her brothers cabin, which is a terrible hide due to the obvious link.
