different versions

i have copies of 2 different versions, one being about 103m and the other about 90m,
i recently watched the 103m version and then skimmed through the shorter version to see what the differences are,
and besides trimming down a few scenes(when michael shoots the priest on the basketball court and runs away, the shorter version omits the suspenseful scenes of him running excitedly from the boys) and the exclusion of at least one scene(where deitweiller and sarah have a picnic) it also has a scene after sarah is put into the ambulance at the end,
where in a dark room a woman(sarah, although too dark to presume it's the actress kathy baker) is being talked to by a psychologist and she catches a fly with her hand,

i had also rented this movie on VHS many moons ago but i don't recall which version i'd seen back then
