Why was he giving Sarah an evil stare?
In the beginning of the movie when Mr. Frost stares at Sarah was he trying to hypnotize her?
shareI think it showed that he was focusing in on her, that he found the perfect target. I don't think he would outright try to hypnotize her, since he wants her to act on her own free will.
