*spoiler alert?*

I think I've seen this film - if this is the one I'm thinking of, doesn't the leader of the underground people turn out to be the female lead's father even though he wants her to breed with him? I rememeber that and a woman being put in a machine and blood coming out into a glass for people to drink. Is this the film?
