I hadnt seen this in yrs and just rewatched the other night on fearnet. I dont wanna write a review but I just wanted to state I like this movie alot and recommend it. Sure it wasnt a masterpiece but it was an overall solid film in general. Also as far as this genre(scifi gore bmovies whatever you wanna call it) its A+. ps: the ending is amazing and is really one of the best parts, anyone who doesnt see this to be true CLEARLY does not understand the main message this movie is trying to convey/its overall theme.

I definitely agree. i just watched this lost gem again after 10 years. Its an awesome movie. Lacks alot of the horrible acting and bad dialog common to low-budget films (tho they do have their own appeal) The music, in particular, was
very well done - not over the top, not understated.

Sadly, it looks like there will never be a dvd release

Agree, though it bogs down just a tad at the beginning of the third act, it still has great acting, fun gore and mutants, a pretty neat ambiguous ending and I also thought the music was really well done - almost like a classic sci fi score.
