That little <*&% Winston! I wanted to toss him like a lawn dart!!!
WHY WHY didnt Matthew tell the little bugger "I will tell your family we got the money for the lottery tickets by stealing VCR's if you dont admit that we said split everything" Tho....OK OK...it was HIS idea to steal and therefore GREAT that he didnt end up with any money because what kind of lesson is there in that? And why wasnt Jody thrown in jail for statutory rape?? Unless a 30-something woman is ALLOWED to shag a minor?????

And WHY THE HELL was Beth at the hospital alone to indentify Johns body?? Someone needed to be there to hold her up and help her find her way around......I REALLY think all hospitals need guides to take people to loved ones...those places are so big and like a giant maze and when your distraught it makes it even worse!

And the things that make me grin LOL!! When Chris tells Charles "And you, watch yourself, Bud!" and walks off LMAO!!!!!

When Chris about passes out after Jody tells him thay can "Make love" after their drive, if they still like each other.

And please anyone that answers this with "Because its a movie" nonsense, DUH! I am aware of that!!!!! These boards are allowed to discuss movies and the "what ifs" of script!

yeah Jody should have ended up in jail i mean she was in her 20's and was with a 17 year old kid, there is definately something wrong there. :/

when that whole lottery ticket deal went down, and the kid got screwed out of the winnings, i would have said "im just gonna go to the police, and turn us both in, im sure they would love to hear this story". That scene made me so angry for years LOL, and i dont know why. I still think about it once or twice a year lol.
