She was uncredited. Why, when she played a fairly important role, is unknown. Maybe it was something like why Judson Scott was uncredited as Joachim in Wrath of Khan?

Wow i always thought that was Shari Headley (Lisa McDowell from Coming To America)...they look exactly alike and can pass for twins!!
