Is the Screwface Hatcher kills in Jamaica...

...the same one that started the Chicago murders, or is it the first time with the twin? He kills the Jamaica Screwface pretty easily, whereas the second battle goes on long enough to make you think it was the badass who had the club shot up, shot Hatcher's sister's house up, sacrificed women, etc.

I think it's hard to tell. Since it doesn't really tell, it's pretty much up to the audience to decide. And she sacrificed the woman who put a curse on him using black magic.
