Where is Sam Raimi in Maniac Cop 2???

I am a huge Sam Raimi fan, and his acting and cameos are always a crack-up. I have watched Maniac Cop 2 a few times but can never find him. In the credits he is listed as playing "Newscaster". Does anyone know where in the film this scene is?

His scene was left on the cutting room floor, though apparently it can be seen in the version of Maniac Cop 2 that was released in Japan.

you can see him playing the newscaster in the 1st one.

Yeah I recognized him right away in the first one but didn't see him in the second. When I saw him credited, I wondered about that too.
