when i looked a few days ago, i found this site selling it for around $30:

also, amazon.co.uk is selling it for about 15 british pounds which is a bit less than $30 USD. so either one of those seems to be the cheapest you can get it in USD, what with the bad exchange rate on the dollar these days. don't know which one has cheaper shipping...
if anyone else finds cheaper copies available, please let us know.
