I don't think so. No kid would be charged, but if it ever happened, no jury would ever convict any of them, in my humble opinion. The testimonies wouldn't really be reliable, no concrete evidence, most kids would be in shock, unresponsive and/or in denial; plus the extraordinary circumstances in which they were, conditions no kid should ever be put in, I think it would make the whole thing be called a terrible tragedy, just like the Andes crash disaster was.

I'd say it would end in years of counseling and intense therapy for all involved.
