was roseanne the right voice for julie?

i didnt like her as the voice, she just didnt put any effort into it. i like the movie, but i think her voice is so annoying in it! she just sound bored, and no emotion in her voice, it ovious she is reading it while bruce willis is really good at mikey. anyone else think this?

Agreed

I think that was the point. Julie was the opposite of mikey. Julie was more calm, and laid back. I think while mikey is outgoing and very delightful, Julie is the opposite. Its comedy.

I totally agree.
The voice was annoying and boring.

i thought the voice and dialogue for julia were harsh, like when she meets mikey she says who's this a-hole.

I disagree. I loved Roseanne as Julie. :)

i actually LOVED it and I thought Roseannes voice matched the little girls face perfectly. That little girl was sooo damn cute with those chubby cheeks.. wonder what became of her?

reply

Roseanne was so perfect. I can't picture anyone else voicing baby Julie, or Mikey, for that matter.
