Scene that makes me cry

For some reason the scene where Mikey goes into Julie's room while she is asleep makes me cry. Its the scene where the song "JEalous guy" is playing and we are sorta reflecting on how nasty he has been to Julie.
i think its just bits of that scene, like when he gets in trouble for things,but he only does them to get more attention...

i dont know why... even thinking about it makes me get teary even now !

and the icing on the cake is when he says something to the effect of "i love you julie" or i;m sorry or something....

That bit makes me cry too! Like sobbing my heart out.. Isn't that strange?! The song definitely tops the scene off.

Yeah, it was on TV last night and I was close to tears (AGAIN). I used to always cry at it when I was little, because I have a younger sister as well and I used to think of the times I was mean to her. Then I used to think to myself, "Never again, I'll never be mean again!" But was I ever mean again? Of course!!!

yeah we watched it on telly the other nite too. This is going to be really embarassing but i exited the room when that scene came on. *blushes* stupid i know....

it was just on and i cried. i dont even know why, just certain scenes in that, like when kirsti was mad at him and he just looked up at her with those big sad eyes.

I know I would absolutely bawl my eyes out if I saw that now because our older son has kind of went through that jealousy stage of our younger son (who just turned 1) and knowing everything our older son has gone through... man, that scene would totally make me bawl if I saw it right now!

You're looking at a 30-year-old heterosexual male who's driven to tears every time he sees that scene. I can't quite explain why...that scene, and the end of Monsters Inc. It's bizarre, and I don't quite understand it.

I thought he say "goodnight baby" anyway yeah that scene makes me cry to when im feeling *sniffs* emotional But after you've seen the film 324 times the thrill wears off..

Man that scene gets to me everytime. Just the mood and the song tops it all off. I can't help but cry.

I first saw this film when I was about 4 and it used to make me really sad then, as it still does now . . . but why? When it comes to films, surely its not the most emotional thing to have ever happened in a film . . . ? Its funny.

To this day, whenever I hear 'Jealous Guy' I feel close to tears.

My favorite scene in the whole movie. I ADORE that song! I saw the movie "Imagine" where John Lennon recorded it. It was amazing. That scene brought me to tears, too.

9 years ago, under a diff name(nrg), I made a post here about that scene. It's on now in 2016 and still, I'm a puddle of tears. It's even worse now because this takes me back to my 90s childhood.
