No, he was healthy, I think it was just to show the passage of time; it was the end of the 80s, changing styles, all that. I think it was a sweet moment, especially if you listen to the lyrics of "Post Mortem Bar"; they are imagining meeting with their friends who are gone, and they are catching up and showing the changes they have made in the years that have passed by...

No, Fuzzy was not sick. He hadn't even lost his hair. He simply had a shorter haircut and it has to be remembered that the ending was set in 1989 - ten years spanned from the start of the film - so he had to look ten years older, matured if you will.

By the way, he and Willy were in a committed relationship, his sister was looking out and worrying about him, and he had seen too many good friends die from AIDS to have done anything stupid like take drugs, sleep around, etc - it was not in his character.
