I have to ask because i've never been sure about Timothy Spall's menu. I've been double guessing myself for so long that it may actually be high cuisine, because that kind of food is so far beyond me (for a few reasons). So it's a joke right? It's as unpalatable as it sounds, compounding on the impossibility of his whole restaurant dream? But then again i can see it as something certain people would eat. I don't know... tongue in a rhubarb hollandaise?
