John Goodman?

Does anybody know, is John Goodman the voice of Fergie Furbelow's Dad? No one is credited, but I'd swear it was him. Thanks.

I don't know, it sounds like him though.

Fergie Furbelow's father, Bertie Furbelow, was not voiced by John Goodman, but by Brad Garrett (from Casper, Finding Nemo and of course Everybody Loves Raymond). Give it a listen again thinking of him. You'll find Mr. Garrett's unmistakable voice. And yes, you'll also notice that Brad Garrett is listed in the credits under "Additional Voices." I just wonder why everyone wasn't credite appropriately. For example:

Michael Bell played the lead executive in Spacely's Sprokets that gave Spacely grief about production.

Janet Waldo is listed in the credits because of the three or four lines that she spoke through Judy's mouth in the movie Yes. At least four times that I can think of off the top of my head Janet Waldo and NOT Tiffany's voice came out of Judy's mouth. One of them was a repeated track, but does anyone know what they were? :c) - Then again, does anyone besides me care?

BJ Ward played Gertie Furbelow, Furgie's mother.

Frank Welker played Elroy's second Spaceball coach and the Grunchies.

Susan Silo and Rob Paulsen also played Spacely's executive, but I'm pretty sure both of them also doubled up in additional voices.

Jeff Bergman was the replacement voice for both Mr. Spacely and George Jetson after their deaths. To me he's actually really easy to spot. Especially when they change the voice mid-sentance (eg Spacely says the following: MEL BLANC: And now, with your family beside you, you face a new challege- JEFF BERGMAN: Are you up to it, Jetson?)

The funny thing is that whoever was in charge of voice editing wasn't too thourough. As I've stated, Janet Waldo's voice came out of Judy's mouth at least four times (though I did love hearing her in the film as Judy), and voice tracks existed for George O'Hanlon saying "They made me a vice-president" but they used the replacement (I know this from two pencil tests shown on the Hanna-Barbera 50th anniversary), and Jeff Bergman also said "And now, with your family beside you, you face a new challenge" (caught that on the Siskel & Ebert review at the time).

The ones in the credits I'm not sure about are Brian Cummings (possibly Elroy's first coach?)& Jim Ward.

Hope this helps.
