in a 1980's interview mel said that he stopped doing his yelling charecters and were givin to other voice actors BUT in this film spacely Yells at jetson alot so how was mel suppose to do that didthey use pre recorded tapes of older episodes or sonething?

Maybe they brought him back just for the movie, I'm glad they did.

Spacely's yelling was done by Jeff Bergman. Mel was unable to do it.

That was the weirdest damn funeral I've ever been to

No, in a few scenes it is indeed Mel yelling. I guess Mel decided to play Spacely again because maybe he felt this would be his last role.
