You can buy this, as I did, on Ebay.

It'll most likely be a bootleg, but my copy had a box, a cover and was recorded from a laserdisc, so the sound was almost perfect. Good luck...

i actually ordered my copy from HMV. It took about 3 or 4 weeks but they got it 4 me. Unfortunately it's only available on VHS... so if u get a DVD b sure that it's a very low quality (VHS 2 DVD trasnfer).
