This is a very funny film have watched it a few times now I loved the mother in law she was so funny. My favourite scene was when he was in hospital and his mother comes to visit him and she hits him then hits him again and hugs him it is hilarious.

Yes, a very funny and underrated movie.

Dark comedies don't really appeal to the mainstream audience, which would explain why it's underrated though.

I died then I thought of you and came back to life.
How can you think if you're dead?

I agree. This is a great movie that I would suggest. I also like the Italian theme seeing that I'm also Italian.

I started laughing right from the start, especially when they showed all the pictures on the wall, I grew up in that whole Italian/Catholic environment and it was no exaggeration with those pictures on the wall. The confession scene was hilarious. I wanted to see this movie again even before it was over.

I saw the movie recently and will definitely spread the word on how good this movie is! Can't believe that such good comedies even existed! They don't makes movies like that no more!

I totally agree. When I first saw this I didn't get it. Black comedy, mind you I was a kid when I saw it but I get it now, it's hilarious. Go to YouTube and you'll see some vid clips there. :)

I remember watching the Tracey Ullman show and seein Reeves on it I wish someone had that clip on youtube....

Right on, today i told my coworker/boss about it, I basically told him the whole movie, told him about drug addict Keanu, he seemed to think the movie funny. He laughed a couple of times, found it entertaining
