songs

Hi. I was wondering if anyone could please tell me the names of the songs in the scenes in the garage and the carpark, both scenes having the bad alien kill someone, and the artists of those songs? The garage scene has a rock song playing on a radio, where a female mechanic gets killed, and later in this scene, the two aliens fight. The carpark scene has the guy listening to a rap song while driving a small cart for work. Thanks for your time and effort guys. I appreciate it. :)
