I Come in Peace vs. The Hidden

Which do yo like better and why?

I shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine and he shall be my Squishy.

I think "The Hidden" is better, as although it has some humor throughout, it takes itself seriously JUST enough and the story feels tight. That's no knock on "I Come in Peace" though, which to me is Grade A Drive-in material that is a lot of fun, (Dolph Lundgren does a good job here by hitting the right notes with his character)and has an interesting concept which moves the plot forward nicely.

I see what you mean when it comes to Kyle MacLachlan, but this film was before "Twin Peaks". Wow though, looking at his character and that perspective really adds a dash of funky.

Wow, those comparisons are definitely valid. I think "The Hidden" is a hidden (no pun intended) gem anyway; I viewed it in the theater with my father, then had it on VHS for many years until the tape got ate. Someday I may get it on DVD, but right now I can only find it on Amazon, and the price is too rich for me (48$ for both hidden films; the sequel I didn't care for too much).

Both of them are great movies

I'll actually go with The Hidden
