Anchors have a tendency to "anchor" themselves.

Thnk about it.

yes they could but if they don;t catch hold of something its possible to wash up on shore. there is nothing that says it can;t.

If you're gonna pick on something, pick on the gorilla. What's a gorilla doing on fiji?? Anyways, does it matter? It's a great film!

I don't find goofs that interesting in these kind of films. Håkon Håkonsen never claims to be historically correct and it's a family adventure film not a documentary!!!

I'll buy the gorilla goof as well. Scary and it works. Never crossed my mind to doubt that when I saw this as a child.

Yeah, good point.

This movie was still awesome when I saw it as a 10 year old, trust me, that anchor thought never came to mind. Isn't that the greatest part of being a kid, not being a cynic or a critic.
