Have any of you read Vince Flynn novels?


For those of you who are Tom Clancy fans have any of you tried Vince Flynn novels? How did you like them?

They are very good.

His hero's named Mitch Rapp. I think Mitch Rapp is in about 12 or 15 books. Some of my favorites.

Yes I've read 8 of his books and really like them. They are in the same genre of the CIA and dealing with international threats so I was curious if any other fans of Clancy read these books too. They are not as technical as Clancy's novels they are in the same ball park.

I have a couple of Flynn's books. They were good, but not on par with pre-Red Rabbit Clancy books. Also, why do so many authors of these types of books give the main character a name like Mitch Rapp? It doesn't even sound like a name someone would have.
