can only watch during winter time

It's a Christmas movie, so the only time it makes sense to watch it is in December. I will never understand why the Hallmark Channel runs Christmas programming in July. It's the middle of summer with the miserable heat. It's like they're taunting their viewers: "Here's a holiday program to watch but you will have to wait five more months for the real thing. In the meantime, enjoy the unbearable hot weather." It's like inviting a person who is on a diet to an all-you-can-eat buffet.
Running this sort of programming in the summer cheapens the experience of what should be a special time of year.
