According to the trivia, Denzel fired his agent after this movie?

It says he was talked into making this film by his agent and he fired him shortly after. Is it because he thought the movie sucked? Didn't like how it was received? He had to know it was a comedy.

Don't know the answer to why he fired his agent. I thought his role was funny as hell. I would love to see him play in another comedy. Sadly, Bob Hoskins has retired from acting, otherwise they could've made a sequel.
