What movie am I thinking of?

I was watching this on YouTube, and it reminded me of another animted film I saw as kid. All I can remember is that a family moved into a haunted house, and there was a bloodstain by the fireplace. They cleaned it, but it kept reappearing, eventually in brown and I think green? And it turned out that the ghost was using the daughter's makeup to replace the stain.
