i am frickin 17 and i still can't watch this. i will watch any other horro movie easily except this. i still shudder at the prince as the old guy. dear god. dont let kids watch this. anybody else with teh same opinion?

When I was younger and I watched this movie, it scared me, it doesn't scare me anymore, but it still has that dark tone.
The villain Lord Maliss in my opinion, is probably the most evil villain in cinematic history.
A lot of things in the movie are pretty scary.
So, yeah...your not really alone when it comes to this movie being scary to people.
I found it hard to sleep at night after seeing the Queen's dead face.

I remember when I watched it as a kid it was without a doubt the scariest movie I had ever seen.

The part when Lord Maliss first turns into the creature scared the heck out of me.
