Mel's mother talks about Mel a lot. It's really nice to see his parents, especially his mother. She loved him so, you could tell. Her talking about Gallipoli was funny.

Sadly, she died before the movie was released. She died in Dec 1990 and the film was released in Jan 1991. Also sadly, Mel's father is a raving madman.
