Did I just get a bad copy ?

My copy of "Hamlet" is nearly unintelligible and "fuzzy" to hear. I often have this problem with British movies but is it my recording or the innate problem with British sound equipment? Or is it my equipment? Does anyone else have this problem?

I think you got a bad copy. It doesn't even sound that bad streamed from Amazon.

You got a bad copy. I can hear this naturalistic line-reading just fine.

You must have a bad copy. I watched it last night on Amazon Prime and it was perfectly fine - except for a bit of film grain in some scenes.
