Deleted TV version of 'The Guardian'???

In 1995 or 1996 i saw on a romanian channel a version of The Guardian where tree branches were raising from her hands (her hands branch out) and in the end of the movie she was trapped by the mother in a corner of a room and the nanny with an otherworldly face starts screaming while little pieces from her face begin to unloose (to unbind), as if they were sucked by/into something.

Has somebody else seen too what i described above?

By the way, the US TV version which i just saw is pointless, the terror and the gore being all cut out.

I think I read the scene you are talking about was in the UK version. I never saw that one.

I only saw parts of the TV version in on USA a while back here in the states. The ending is gone completlty making to seem like camilla is still out and about. If no one ever saw the Video copy first, only the TV version and then rented the film they would be shocked! Carey Lowell seemed very whiney to me in the TV version. she accuses the husband of having an affair with Camilla.
