what I observed about the film

I watched this film again with my boyfriend. He actually enjoyed it and he is a gore hound. I was actually surprised. I have seen this film so many times since I was a teenager. I always loved the titled. anyways I observed a few things that I had not noticed before.

just about everytime something bad is about happened the music starts to play. I really enjoy the soundtrack by the way.

I read a lot of reviews that complained that the parents (Kate and Phil) should have checked the refrences, they went through an agency and most likely didn't think the angency would have anyone on their list that was dangerous. Of course that is false security.

My mom always hated the part where Camilla is running away from the bikers and gets attack, when later we see she can fly.

I think the writers sort of painted themselves in a corner with that scene, Camilla gets cut which later the friend of Phil and Kate notices, I think the writers wrote scenes to connect to the next scene not relizing when we finally see Camilla fly we would be wondering what the hell?

I also noticed that Phil would see the reflection of Camilla on the wall when he would be awake in bed. I never noticed that before.

I just read The Nanny, which the movie is based on. I was really pleased how they transferred the story to the screen, there where a few changes of course but a lot of the stuff in the book was in the film.
