Not because I though the movie was bad, I thought it was fantastic. One of favorite horror films now. But, I found this online, and has a choice to buy the VHS or the DVD. Normally, I would buy the DVD, but the price difference was too great. The VHS was a few bucks, but the DVD (I'm guessing it's out of print) cost like $130! Now, it is an amazing movie, but I don't feel comfortable buying a movie for that much, even if I could. Now of course, I thought I could burn the movie onto DVD, at least so I''d have it longer, and not be subject to the tape wearing out. Even on the first viewing, I noticed noticeable wear. I don't imagine the tape will last much longer, but I understand why it is copy protected, but I'm not doing to make mass copies to sell, I just want to have this movie longer, as opposed to spending over $100 for the DVD.

Jesus H I hope you're kidding. I wouldn't even pay $2 for it. It was on our £5/month Picturebox service, but we get quite a big selection for that price. Okay, it's not the worst movie I've ever seen (Birdemic and Star Wars Holiday Special come to mind), but I definitely wouldn't pay money specifically for it.
