Is this movie worth the ridiculous price?

I will shell out a decent amount of cash for films that are impossible to find (I spent a lot on a blind-buy of "Clownhouse" once), but I was wondering what people's opinions on this film are? Is it well done or is it a disaster? I'm a huge horror fan and have been wanting to check this film out for years now, but I can't bring myself to spend $60 on the DVD unless I know it's something I'll really enjoy. So, is it worth getting, even as a collector's item?
