Unrated version??

I remember recording this off Cinemax and they had a Rated R and Unrated version of this Movie.Even some VHS releases were both Rated R an Unrated.

I just got a factory VHS from Ebay and its Rated R 97 minutes by Fox Lorber.IMDB lists it at 96 minutes.

Does anyone know the difference between the 2 prints?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
